We came to Gig Harbor Orthodontics mid-way through our middle kiddo’s treatment at another local office. There had been a sudden change in our pre-quoted cost of phase two of treatment at the other practice that left a bad taste in our mouth. Dr. Patra Alatsis and her staff were a breath of fresh air. A slightly different but equally as effective plan was adopted and our daughter recently got her braces off and we couldn’t be happier. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again Tacoma orthodontics is THE BEST! I’m so happy with my smile!  Dr.Patra and her team of lovely ladies are some of the most welcoming people I know! They do such a good job to make sure ALL your questions are answered and they always make sure you are comfortable! Dr. Patra and her staff did a terrific job helping me smile proudly later in life. Never having had braces in my life it was a new experience after retirement. Always wanting to straighten a crooked tooth and then finding other teeth move as I aged made me pursue Tacoma Orthodonics to find a solution. At Dr Petra’s suggestion I went forward with a 16 month plan (the length of time was long because of the one severely crooked tooth) using Invisalign. Having completed the program, I’m happy and excited to report my teeth are now completely straight!! The results are amazing! One more thing off my bucket list.

The staff was always prompt, happy and professional during my visits to the Tacoma office. Dr Petra delivered the outcome she assured me I would get with strict adherence to the process. I would not hesitate to recommend her as an orthodontist.
